Customer Service Is Key to Survival

You know when I started this company almost twenty years ago, I told myself (as I was the only employee - LOL) that I would make certain that each customer received outstanding service each and every day. It was my promise to myself and to my customers.
As we grew and with each new hire, I told the new team member that the most important thing of all was "outstanding, exceptional customer service."
Of course, when it was just me, it was easy to control. Once you begin adding employees, as much as you try, the bottom line is that unless you instill your business beliefs thoroughly into your worker, he or she may not follow the guidelines of service you've set in place exactly to the letter. That's where quality control comes in; still, you cannot know that each and every person will do what needs to be done and treat each and every customer exactly as they should be treated with respect, courtesy, kindness and thoughtfulness.
Today begins my blog. What I hope to accomplish with this effort is to offer another dimension to our customer service. It is not good enough to offer good customer service. We must offer exceptional customer service. Visit my blog to learn more about what you can do to help control pests in and around your home, how you can take steps to insure your family is being protected, and to learn a little more about entomology (the study of bugs).

I'll also be offering up some tips about mold and mildew and other moisture management issues in your crawl space. You can visit our website anytime at http://www.americareservices.com/ or call us on our local number or toll free numbers. I've listed them and they'll stay posted on this blog for easy reference for you.
Hey, it's a whole new world, and Ameri Care Termite and Pest Control is changing a bit every day to guarantee you receive exceptional customer service. We have competitive prices and quick turn around times, so if you haven't experienced the difference, give us a shout.
Next time - we'll start talking "termite" - it's about time for swarm season!
